This photo project was created to capture the opening of Tsvenebi, a new restaurant dedicated to the modern interpretation of Georgian culinary traditions.
The dishes were crafted by one of the country’s leading chefs, Misha Avsajanishvili, together with his talented team. On this evening, food became more than nourishment — it was a form of artistic expression. Every element — texture, color, plating — was composed with care and intention.
My role as a photographer was to convey not only the visual beauty of the cuisine but also the atmosphere of the event — anticipation, focus, motion, and light. It was an evening where gastronomy, emotion, and space came together.
